The Citrix Workspace app Long Term Service Release (LTSR) is released on a less frequent cadence with an extended lifecycle than the Workspace app Current Releases (CR), offering predictability and less changes to the product. The Citrix Workspace app LTSR offers Cumulative Updates (CU) that contain fixes but no new functionalities. This release contains all fixes included in Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.9, including its CUs, through 4.12, and all fixes included in Citrix Workspace app 1808 through 1911, plus the following list of fixes included in Citrix Workspace app 2002 (compared to Citrix Workspace app 1911): Version 1912 contains all the fixes between Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.9 LTSR CU9 and Citrix Workspace app Version 1911 plus the following fixes: Only Citrix Receiver for Windows 4.9 LTSR can be installed in a 7.15 VDAs for H264 encoding. This is because both Receiver/Workspace app and the VDA rely on (and are packed with) the same codec library (CtxVideoCodec.dll), and installing Receiver/Workspace app in the VDA will overwrite the dll of the 7.15 VDA with a newer version.
